Before & After Plastic Surgery

As u know, to do plastic surgery (of nose, eyes, breasts, cheeks, etc.) is a simple thing in korea, like to change hairstyle or make up.  

Many korean singers, actors/actresses do this. and everytime i watch tv (dont know why) i notice who did it and what they changed.

And if i get know that my lovely artist did plastic surgery, i cease to respect that person, dunno the reasons. If they changed her/his eyes, it's normal for me, i can accept this. ^-^ 
No no, i mean i begin to ask myself, why?? Why did they want to do that?
 
Still dont understand why they are so mad about plastic surgery, do it several times.
